1. ONLY valid referrals are eligible for this Refer-a-Peer Program. That is, full, complete and contactable details as determined by us, FORGE Skills, or any of our employees. Additionally, any referral should be a first-time participant of any of FORGE Skills courses.
2. If multiple parties had submitted the same referrals, the first submitted one will be eligible.
3. ONLY approved referrals are entitled to the referral fee of US$ 300 per approved participant. In this case, approved participants refers to referrals that had attended the course and met satisfactory participation requirements with cleared account records.
4. You understand and agree that any referral fees will be forfeited should you be uncontactable by your contact details (i.e. phone and email) provided in this form, or are unable to provide a valid method for FORGE Skills to pay you, for 30 days from date of last course day.
5. NO employee of FORGE Skills, NOR any contactor of FORGE Skills, will be eligible to join this Refer-a-Peer Program.
6. Regardless, any decision to disqualify from joining this Refer-a-Peer Program or made ineligible a referral, or award for any referrals made, shall be at the discretion of FORGE Skills.
7. The above Terms & Conditions of This Refer-a-Peer Program are effective from 15th May 2022. FORGE Skills reserves the right to amend any terms & conditions without notice.
